This photo was taken at the old Heritage Village site in Watson Canberra. Such a cool looking critter.
Hi Roy, just an enquiry regarding this image. Would it be possible for me to gain permission to use it as inspiration for my art project.
We are a rehab centre in WA and when we get injured echidnas they are usually in a tight little ball. May we have permission to use your photo to show that echidnas do/can stand up with everything off the ground except their feet!!?
Hi Dusty, thanks for your message, feel free to use the image & keep up the good work!
I came across your amazing photos whilst looking for images to make a teaching resource for my kindergarten class, about Australian animals. These are exactly what I have been looking for. What copyright restrictions do you have? If you email me I can explain more about what I am doing. Kind regards, Jen (NSW)
Hi jen, thanks for your comments, you are free to use the echidna photos, no probs. cheers Roy
Have just published a book Yarns From Yandilla in which learning about Aussie animals is sandwiched within many stories about a ‘new chum’ (a badger cub) who has to learn lots about ‘fair dinkum aussies’.
A story about a young puggle (and her parents) is brewing. May I use/transform some of your echidna photos?
Have you any photos of quolls?
sure go for it… it would be cool to see what you do with them if possible! cheers Roy
